Returns
Sparkle & Co. Crystals do not accept returns if you change your mind or if the items you purchased are not quite what you were looking for.
We endeavour to ensure that all photographs of products on our site are as true to the actual colour of the items as possible however we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed by your monitor/screen is a perfect reproduction. If you have any questions regarding colours, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Faulty or incorrect items
Sparkle & Co. Crystals comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding a customer's right to a refund, repair or replacement for items that are not fit for purpose, not as described/incorrect item supplied or not of merchantable quality. We work hard to ensure high standards both in the quality of our goods and the service we provide. Please contact us at info@sparkleandcocrystals.com.au within 7 days of receipt if there is a problem with the goods supplied so that we can work with you to correct the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will cover purchase price and original postage, postage for the return of the items is not covered. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
